2. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the user who posted the material that the material has been removed or disabled.
• Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent. The counter-notification must include the following information:

• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may terminate user access to our website for repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. A repeat infringer is any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and/or has had infringing material removed from our site more than twice.
